Here's a breakdown of our returns process:
We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items.
For multi-buy offers, returns will be refunded at the additional fee paid.
All returned goods will undergo inspection and must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.
You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse, so ensure proper packing to prevent damage during transit.
We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.
Returns do not necessarily require the original box or bag, as long as they are securely packed with the original case and lens cloth included.
Provide us with the original order number, date of purchase, and reason for return via email to see@oculy.co.uk before sending the return.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back to you.
Upon receiving your returns and confirming that the return item(s) meet our guidelines, we will email you a receipt confirmation and issue a refund to the original payment account within 15 working days.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked service.
Refunds are considered on an individual basis.
